- Expediting finalization/monitoring of DGS&D Rate Contract in respect of FOL, Bitumen & Bitumen Emulsion.
- To monitor & Coordination Sup of FOL, Bitumen, Dry/Td Rations & items of Hyg/Chem for BRO.
- To estimate demand & provision of dry ration & hygiene chemicals.
- To accord sanction for movement of vehs/eqpt/stores by road.
- Liaison with Q/Mil Rail/Railway authorities.
- To process the C of I & loss statements pertaining to Ration, FOL & Bitumen with CDA (BR), Sectt BRDB & GOI.
- To ensure regular supply of Canteen Services to Border Roads Projects.
- Postal arrangements in Border Roads Projects.
