IMPLEMENTATION OF SIXTH CENTRAL PAY COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS: FORWARDING OF GOVT ORDERS

On CCS (REVISED PAY) RULES 2008

1.       Reference Dte Fax message No. 268760/T&C dated 11 Sep 2008.

2.       A copy of each of the following Govt orders issued by Ministry of Finance (Department of Expenditure) received vide Sectt BRDB ID Note No. BRDB/03/191/2007/GE-I (Vol-II) dated 10th Sept 2008 through Ministry of Defence, are forwarded herewith (through E-Mail, PDF format) for your information and further necessary action:-

• Min of Fin (Deptt of Expdr) Notification No GSR 622 (E) dated   29th Aug 2008 relating to the Central Civil Services (Revised) Pay Rules 2008.

• Min of Fin (Deptt of Expdr) Resolution No 01/01/2008 dated      29th Aug 2008 regarding Pay & Allowances and final decision of the Govt on the 6th CPC report.

• Min of Fin (Deptt of Expdr)  Office Memorandum No F.No 1/1/2008-IC dated 30th Aug 2008 regarding implementation of Sixth Pay Commission recommendations- fixation of Pay and payment of arrears-instructions regarding.

• Min of Fin (Deptt of Expdr) OM No 1(3)/2008-E-II (B) dated 29th Aug 2008 regarding grant of revised rates of Dearness Allowances from Jan 2006 onwards.              

3.       The Hindi version of Notifications mentioned at Para 2 (a), 2 (b) are awaited from Sectt BRDB.  Therefore Hindi version attached to this E-mail (PDF File) may not be downloaded.
